• (make-fun & {:keys [code env body-env name toplevel-fun-name args]})
    `make-fun` creates a new bytecode-interpreted function. `code` is
a sequence of VM instructions, `env` is initially the compilation
environment in which the function is defined, `body-env` is the
compilation environment of the function body (i.e., the initial
value of `env` extended with the `args`), `name` is a function name
for debugging purposes and `args` is the argument list of the
function. When a closure is built from the function, `env` is
overwritten with the run-time environment for the closure.
